Meals included with full registration:

Morning: Coffee, pastries and fruit
Lunch: Strolling lunch buffet; one day beef one day chicken, includes: salad, vegetables, rolls and dessert

Levels of Sponsorship
As a valued sponsor at the OEMA/WSEMA joint conference, you will be provided with advertisement and opportunity to promote your company to the conference attendees. See below for details.

Platinum: $7500
Includes prominent advertisement on all conference material plus 10 minutes available to speak to the conference attendees prior to a key note speaker address. Conference registration included for up to 4 people.

Gold: $5000
Includes prominent advertisement on all conference material plus 5 minutes available to speak to the conference attendees prior to a key note speaker address. Conference registration included for up to 3 people.

Special Service:  providing value of $5000 or more
Includes prominent advertisement on all conference material and conference registration included for up to 3 people.

Silver: $2750
Includes advertisement on conference material plus 5 minutes available to speak to the conference attendees prior to a general session. Conference registration included for 2 people.

Bronze: $1250
Includes advertisement on conference material plus 2 minutes available to speak to the conference attendees prior to a general session. Conference registration included for 1 person.

Vendor Social Support: $500
Includes your company’s name on a banner showing support of the social event.
Exhibitor Booths
A 10-foot booth space is provided with an 8-foot draped table in the Exhibit Hall. Electrical power is available, but must be requested. Wi-Fi coverage is generously being offered by Sprint at no cost to you. Set-up begins at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday and the Exhibit Hall opens at noon. The Exhibit Hall closes after the strolling lunch on Wednesday.

The exhibitor registration fee includes the strolling lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday for two people, as well as the evening social and breaks. If you are not a sponsor and wish to attend the conference, please register through either the OEMA (www.OregonEmergency.com) or WSEMA (www.WSEMA.com) websites.

Private Sector: $500

Non Profit: $300

If you are unable to attend, we have an option to have printed material about your products provided to the conference participants. If you provide us 200 copies of your materials, we will include them in the attendee packets for $250. Please contact me for additional information regarding this option.
