OEMA Innovation, Coordination, and Service (ICS) Awards

The emergency managers of Oregon are among the most innovative, collaborative, and dedicated professionals in the nation. We are known for our creativity, doing more with less, and getting the job done despite the odds.

Each year OEMA solicits nominations to recognize our peers in three categories: Innovation, Coordination and Service. We honor members and partners (non-members) in all three categories, based upon one of his or her accomplishments during the past OEMA fiscal year (July 1, 2010 - June 30, 2011). Any OEMA member, supervisor, or elected official may nominate a qualified candidate. Individuals may submit more than one nomination.

Awardees will be selected by the OEMA Executive Board and notified in advance of the conference. Nominators will also be notified. Awards presentations will be made at the conference banquet on the evening of Wednesday, October 12th.
